Nestled just behind the sand dunes at Secret Harbour’s foreshore, the building boasts some of the best views in the Rockingham region of the Indian Ocean from our 3-storey function centre.

The venue is a smoke free building, smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere within the premises of the Secret Harbour Surf Life Saving Club.

Catering is entirely your choice – you’re welcome to hire a catering company or self-cater to suit your taste, style and budget.
Please note: the function room servery is for food preparation only and is not equipped for cooking. All cooking must be completed off-site.

Our first-floor function room is designed with versatility in mind—perfect for meetings, conferences, celebrations, and everything in between.
Equipped with a PA system, hearing-impaired communication support, a projector, and two roaming microphones, the space is ready for seamless presentations and memorable events. The room can be divided into two smaller areas for intimate meetings or breakout group activities, giving you complete flexibility.
Floor-to-ceiling windows open onto a wrap-around balcony, allowing guests to enjoy ocean views from both indoors and outdoors. Inside a large dance floor create the ideal setting for entertainment, complemented by a spacious bar/servery. The room comfortably seats:
- 100 guests formal seating with a dance floor
- 130 guests formal seating without a dance floor
- 170 guests informal seating with projectors and lectern
- 340 informal standing with minimal furniture
A lift provides full wheelchair access to every level of the building, ensuring comfort for all guests.

Sundeck
Perched atop the venue, our Sundeck offers the ultimate vantage point to relax and soak in sweeping views of the sparkling Indian Ocean and the lush golf course that frames the venue.
Featuring a spacious bar and generous seating, this stunning space is available for private hire from November to May (weather dependent)—perfect for intimate gatherings, stylish cocktail functions, or your company’s sundowner.
Picture your guests enjoying canapés and drinks as the sun dips below the horizon, before moving downstairs to our elegant function room for a memorable sit-down dinner, a vibrant cocktail-style celebration, or simply to dance the night away.
